QPod™ Chiller / Freezer
Increasing the capacity and defrost capability of the basic QPod™ Chiller refrigeration plant is planned so that a QPod™ freezer model can be introduced to the market at a later date.

Controlled and Modified Atmosphere Systems
The company has undertaken extensive work in the area of controlled and modified atmosphere systems technology and at the appropriate time will begin to release add on technologies to QPod™ Chiller units, thereby greatly enhancing their functionality and applications.

QPod™ Chiller / MA (Modified Atmosphere)
The addition of (MA) Modified Atmosphere is considered feasible by utilising existing atmosphere injection and evacuation systems together with specialised plastic films and bag technolgies.

QPod™ Chiller / CA (Controlled Atmosphere)
The two types of controlled atmosphere systems being worked on are a server system and a all in one QPod™ CA system. Of these the server system is the most advanced and details on this follow:

The QPod™ CA server is designed to be a state of the art atmosphere controller and an add in product to QPod™ Chillers. The controller monitors and controls atmosphere conditions in up to 50 different QPod™ environments.

It can be used in a variety of storage applications and can be adapted for bulk storage applications. QPod™ CMA Servers will integrate with QPods™ to provide optimum storage flexibility for operators in that different types of perishables can be stored in different controlled atmospheres in the same storage area. QPod™ CMA Servers will be tailor built to customer requirements.

QPod™ Accessories
QPod™ Boxes or trays
QPod™ product boxes or trays are designed for the QPod™ foot print so that its cargo carrying capacity can be maximised and for the particular type of product being carried.

QPod™ Atmosphere bags
QPod™ atmosphere bags are placed over QPod™ cargo requiring atmosphere control. Different types of bags are used for different applications. For example when a QPod™ unit is required to maintain a certain concentrated air mixture a QPod™ atmosphere bag incorporating the desired permeability and fittings is used.
